DRPA is excited to offer internships in 2022!
These positions will be centered on outreach, media, and development, and will be offered through the year. A minimum commitment of 3 weeks is required and internship hours are somewhat flexible. Scroll through the available opportunities below to read more about each one.
Media Development
This position is for those skilled in graphic design and media development. Intern will be tasked to develop graphics and edit media for all events and programs for duration of internship. Interns can expect to work about 2-3 hours a week and will receive a monthly stipend or school/college credit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in digital tool (Canva preferred).
SUBMISSION CONTENT:
Provide samples of your work. Two references required.
Outreach/Social Media
This position will be centered on social media management and engagement. Interns will be responsible for designing posts and posting across all media on a schedule. They will also help come up with strategies to build social media presence and themes for media. Interns can expect to work about 2-3 hours a week and will receive a monthly stipend or school/college credit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in developing social media campaigns across platforms, designing posts, and ability to build an audience on social media.

Provide samples of your work. Two references required.
Program Development
This position focused on providing logistical and technical support for events and activities. All DRPA events are virtual and interns will be responsible for helping develop new and existing events, as well as assist moderators in setting up and hosting events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in developing and implementing virtual events. Experience with hosting virtual fundraisers.
